This is a WikiPragma (some metainformation for the type of communication) normally at the bottom of a WikiPage for giving it a ForwardLink to an external copy of the page in a BlogService.

Reasons:

• it creates a BackLink to its external copy, thus creating a BidirectionalLink relation workaround
• allows the community to check for friendly WikiBlogging (a special case of friendly WebWeaving)
• allows software to detect, how strongly a WikiPage (and consequently how strongly a wiki is connected with the rest of the world)
• invites and motivates WikiBlogging authors to take special care of the ThisWikiPageBlogsTo-marked page
