TedRall is an editorial cartoonist, syndicated through the UniversalPressSyndicate. His cartoons appear in such esteemed places as the NewYorkTimes. He was a finalist for the Pulitzer prize in 1996. He seems to get into trouble a lot. Maybe he's just a really good editorial cartoonist.
